Most businesses don't have an AI problemThey have a process problem

I find where your business is still doing things by hand that could run on their own — and tell you whether automating them with AI is worth it.

When is it worth automating a task?

When it repeats every week, depends on one person, or takes longer than it should.

Everything happens on WhatsApp or Instagram

You have no storefront of your own, so Google and AI can't find you.

You answer the same thing all day

Hours, prices, how to book — the same questions, and they never stop coming.

At 11pm, nobody answers

The customer already booked somewhere else, and you never knew.

The business lives in your head

If you're away one day, nobody knows where each customer stands.

The same info, copied by hand three times

WhatsApp to spreadsheet, email to calendar, every single week.

You pay for content without knowing what it brings you

Plenty of likes, but nobody tells you how many became customers.

There's no shortage of tools. Knowing which one to use is the hard part.

There are tools for chatbots, websites, images, even cloning your voice. But first you need to know what keeps repeating in your business and what it costs you: customers, time or money. That number decides what's worth automating and what isn't, and gives us a target to measure against.

If none of these sound familiar, you probably don't need to automate anything yet. If one does, contact me (opens in a new tab).

How I work

Business problem first. Technology second.

  1. First, we understand what needs solving, and what it's costing you today to leave it as is. We map the real process: which tasks repeat, which decisions an AI agent can make, and which tools you already have.

  2. We pick the simplest solution that works — redesign the process, automate it with AI, or both. We build it and leave it running, with human oversight and approval where it's needed.

  3. We launch what we built or switch over to the new process, make sure it's working properly from day one, and compare the results against the goal we set at the start.

See it in practice

Projects

Without a website of its own, every booking pays Booking.com a 20% commission.

Own website + direct bookings + an AI agent that answers on the owners' behalf. A B&B that stopped depending on Booking.com.

If your customers search for you, find you, and need to book — this case is for you.

Automating outbound isn't automating the emails. It's automating the hours spent before writing them.

A B2B rep stuck in repetitive tasks before they can sell.

The AI agent researches, filters and writes. The rep only steps into real conversations.

If researching and finding prospects takes you longer than contacting them and writing proposals — this case is for you.

Is there something in your business you do by hand every week?

Tell me what it is. Let's start with a free 30-minute conversation to understand the problem and what you're trying to achieve. If it can be automated, I'll tell you and we'll get started. If it can't, I'll explain why.
